I've always loved movies and books that make you think. You know the ones I'm talking about. You're following along, then the bomb drops out of nowhere messing with your theories. But you recover because you're so vested in the characters. You regroup, and the light bulb goes off. You've figured it out! Only the climax has you on the edge of your seat, because...this just can't be happening, and BAM! You're left with a slack jaw wondering what the hell just happened. Perplexed, yet satisfied because you never saw it coming. These are the stories that stick with you, the stories I love to be writing.
My stories have tons of suspense to keep you on the edge. I want to throw those wrenches smack in the middle of your theories. I want you cursing me yet cheering me. I want you slack-jawed and satisfied til the bitter end. And then...you'll want more. |
Who doesn't love a good romantic fantasy or fun cozy mystery? Those sweet, tender moments and the conflicts that pull them apart, all leading to what you hope will be that wonderful happily ever after. You feel their struggles, you root for them and sometimes get a little mad at them. In the end, you're left with a full heart, a satisfied soul, and maybe...just maybe, you believe in the power of love and justice all over again.
My books are on the sweeter side with a little humor attached, and even my cozy mysteries have romance in them. It's just what I do! I'm a sucker for second chances too. Everyone deserves them, especially in the name of love. I want to make you laugh, cry, fall in love and find out whodunnit with every turn of the page. |
